By downloading, accessing, or using BibleEase, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What BibleEase Provides
BibleEase is a Bible reading and listening app that includes Scripture access, audio-focused experiences, AI-generated Bible story content, favorites, reading and listening tracking, quote export tools, and optional paid subscription features.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use BibleEase through a guest account or by linking a supported sign-in method such as Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity that occurs through it.
If a child uses BibleEase, a parent or legal guardian should supervise account creation, purchases, and other account actions where appropriate.
4. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Some BibleEase features may require a paid subscription. Prices, subscription periods, and available plans may change over time.
- Billing is handled by the applicable app marketplace and our subscription management provider.
- Renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the rules of the app marketplace through which you subscribed, unless otherwise required by law.
- You can manage your subscription using your Play Store or App Store subscription settings.
5. AI-Generated Story Features
BibleEase may generate Bible story content based on a chapter and your selected settings such as tone, language, audience type, and complexity level.
AI-generated content is provided for devotional, educational, and entertainment purposes. It may contain errors, omissions, or phrasing differences. You agree that you will evaluate generated content using your own judgment and that BibleEase does not guarantee doctrinal, factual, or pastoral perfection in AI output.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BibleEase in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, or abuse the service or its backend systems.
- Circumvent subscription restrictions, usage limits, or access controls.
- Use the app to create, transmit, or share unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.
- Misrepresent your identity or use another person's account without authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
The BibleEase app, branding, design, software, and non-user interface content are owned by or licensed to BibleEase and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the app for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use in accordance with these Terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its underlying technology to you.
8. User Content and Shared Exports
If you export or share quote images, videos, or other content from BibleEase, you are responsible for how you use and distribute that content. Once you share content outside the app, third-party platforms and recipients may handle it under their own terms and privacy rules.
9. Availability and Changes
BibleEase may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
10. Third-Party Services
BibleEase uses third-party services for authentication, data storage, subscriptions, app updates, and advertising. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and store rules.
11. Disclaimers
BibleEase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
BibleEase is not legal, medical, mental health, financial, or emergency advice. AI-generated story content should not be treated as professional advice or a substitute for qualified pastoral or doctrinal guidance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BibleEase and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the app.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to BibleEase if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation of your account is no longer practical or lawful.
You may stop using the app at any time. If you want account-linked data removed, use the in-app account deletion feature where available.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of BibleEase after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
